At Maurya Printers, we strive to provide flexibility and transparency regarding cancellations. This Cancellation Policy outlines how and when you may cancel your services, as well as any applicable charges or refund eligibility.
Cancellation by the User
a.) Subscription Services
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the billing cycle, unless required by law.
b.) One-Time Purchases
Orders for digital products or services cannot be cancelled once delivered or accessed.
If your service has not yet been rendered, you may request cancellation within [24/48] hours of purchase for a full refund.
c) Appointments or Scheduled Services
Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee of [X]% of the service cost or may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
